Comprehensive solutions for automation and robotization of production processes
We are the automation and robotics division of an international leader in in the preparation and finishing of SciTeeX company. Our team consists of 23 engineers mechatronics engineers, automation specialists, robot programmers, electricians, industrial IT specialists and technicians. We offer our experience in the field of automation and robotics to perform even the most difficult tasks for automated production lines and implement the Industry 4.0 approach.
AUTOMATION
Before starting the project, we carry out a functional analysis taking into account the individual requirements of each customer, in order to ensure the best ergonomics of the system. Based on our many years of experience, we guarantee the selection of optimal process technology and the necessary executive and measuring components. Part of the commissioning and implementation into production is the training of operators and maintenance engineers at the respective production plant.
During the further operation of the machine, our engineering team provides customer support through remote diagnostics, periodic inspections and service.
USER INTERFACE
Our control systems are based on PLC and visualisation on HMI panels. We have been developing our interfaces for many years, making them transparent and operator-friendly. We also have extensive knowledge of drive technology - the use of soft starters, converters and servo drives. Our engineers are open to new and unusual solutions for automated production lines.
By using our own interface based on graphics and synoptic screens we have achieved an intuitive, user-friendly interface system with graphical messages in the form of icons instead of text.
Pneumatics
Pneumatic systems are an integral part of standard SciTeeX machines. This has enabled us to
a great extent to consolidate our knowledge in this field.
Each issue is analysed and consulted with our specialists. Then the system is designed on the basis of components from reliable companies - Festo, Metalwork, Parker.
We also make logic systems based on pneumatic technology, for use in potentially explosive zones.
In subsequent stages we perform installation and system tests.
Robotics
For years we have been active in the robotics industry, offering our customers professional support in the selection of robots from Yaskawa, Kuka, ABB, Fanuc and their components: grippers, paint guns, safety components.
In verifying the assumptions, we use the concept of the digital twin. Carrying out the necessary simulations, we automatically determine the robot trajectory based on the geometric parameters of the workpiece.
We ensure elimination of risks at the conceptual stage.
Our team carries out the integration of the robots into the control system and commissioning on site, as well as after-sales support.
Electrical engineering
We design electrical installations using the SEE Electrical CAD system from IGE+XAO. We rely on components from recognised brands - our suppliers are: Siemens, Rittal, Schneider Electric, Omron, Sick, ABB and others.
Our switchboards meet CE, EAC, UL and CSA requirements, and each of them leaves the factory having passed electrical and functional tests.
Our qualified staff carry out electrical installation as well as electrical measurements and motor analyses.
We have a professional production department, equipped with specialised measurement equipment from FLUKE and SONEL
IT
Depending on customer requirements, we develop web and mobile applications. The system can be expanded with databases to record process data (e.g. temperature, process duration, amount of consumed energy).
The collected data can be used in the production planning department as well as the optimization of operating cost.
